Q: What is Carob?
A: Carob is a natural fruit that grows on trees in the Mediterranean. It has many natural vitamins and minerals and is a good source of fiber. The pulp of the fruit is used to make carob products. Carob has a naturally sweet and toasty flavor. It is popular with many natural food enthusiasts for use in baked goods.

Q: What is Soy Lecithin Emulsifier & What Does It Do?
A: Emulsifier is derived from soybeans. It is a nutritive food product that produces a creamier texture and keeps the solids in cocoa butter or palm kernel oil from separating out of the finished product.

Q: What Is The Shelf Life Of Our Products?
A: Our products are baked fresh daily and do not contain preservatives. The cookies and bars will last 2-3 weeks without refrigeration or freezing. We reccomend freezing upon arrival and your cookies will remain fresh for at least 6 months. Our muffins only have a one week shelf life and must be stored frozen on arrival.

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: We will ship outside the U.S however, there is an additional shipping charge, you will be contacted either by phone or e-mail with the shipping charge and upon your approval we will charge your account and ship out your order. Any additional custom fees is your responsiblity.

Q: Do We Sell Our Products Wholesale?
A: Yes we sell wholesale. To open up a wholesale account please contact our corporate office at (631)666- 9815 (please have tax I.D. and credit card information availible) . If you are not sure if you would like to open up an account but you would like to try the product in your store we will sell you one mixed box and charge for shipping. If you decide to become a customer at the time of your first order is placed we will deduct the original charge of the mixed box.

Q: Do We Have Any Coupons & Is My Personal Information Safe?
A: If you would like to receive coupons please send us an email at mail@snacksforlife.com with your e-mail address so you can be included in our monthly e-mails and receive information about our monthly specials and new flavors. We have a spam free poilicy, we do not share our customer's information with any third parties. This includes addresses, telephone numbers and credit information. Credit card numbers that are entered on our website are deleted after the order is processed, we do not keep this information in our records. When placing your order please give us a telephone number where you can be reached during the day incase we have a question about your order.

Q: Where Can I Purchase Your BakedGoods?
A: Our products are sold in many health food stores, natural super markets, and convience stores nation wide. If you cannot find our products in a store near you ask your local stores to carry the flavors you love. Store owners often listen to their customers so it's worth a try. We acquire new stores everyday that were introduced to us by our loyal customers if not, you may purchase them from our website. We can not tell you exactly which stores carry our product as we sell to distributers. You can order online and UPS will deliver right to your door. Q: How Long Does Shipping Take?
A: After we recieve your order, we process it within 48 hours. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays Only. We do not ship on Fridays or over the weekend. We use UPS Ground. Please Click Here and take a look at the UPS map for approximate shipping time for your area. *If you are ordering Snacks other than baked goods from Nutritious Creations, shipping may take up to 14 days.

Q: How Long Will The Cookies Stay Fresh?
A: Our cookies are all natural and will stay fresh in their air tight bags for about two weeks. We suggest freezing the cookies and bars in the freezer, they will remain fresh for up to six months. *Please Note, our muffins and muffin tops MUST be frozen upon arrival and will last for six months in the freezer. They will only remain fresh for about five days if they are not frozen.

Q: Do We Sell Smaller Boxes, Single Cookies, or Custom Varieties?
A: At this time we do not sell less than one box. We recently added a mixed box, where you can choose two flavors of bars and or cookies so you may try nine of the two flavors the minimum order is one box. We charge a nominal fee for shipping ($3.50) and therefore a minimum of one box must be met.

Q: What if I Do Not Care For The Cookies, What is Your Return Policy?
A: We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction, however we do not accept returns for any reason. We are selling fresh baked goods and they are not returnable or refundable. If you have never tried the cookies or bars, please try them at a store or share a box with a friend to be sure that you like them. They are not returnable. Please do not ask.
